Purchasing
Please email me at styleartisan@yahoo.com if you decide to purchase an item. I will send you a PayPal invoice and the item will be held for 24 hours while you make your payment. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the item will be offered for sale again.
If you see that an item you are interested in is on hold, you may still place a back-up hold in case the first sale does not go through.
Shipping
The following flat rates apply to shipping within the continental U.S.
Clothing item: $6*
Accessories: $3 - $6*
* There may be an additional charge for boots, heavy jackets, bulky sweaters, coats, and other heavier items. You will be notified accordingly.
Once your payment has been processed, I will make every effort to ship on the next business day. I ship by Priority mail. If you purchase more than one item, combined shipping is available at a savings. International shipping is also available. Email me with your information, and I will get a price for you.
Condition
I make every effort to fairly and accurately describe the item and its condition. Understand that all clothes are purchased as pre-worn unless shown as New with Tags. I only purchase items that are in really good condition. Because I am purchasing from a third party rather than directly from the previous owner, I can not attest to whether an item is from a smoke free or pet free home. Having said that, I try not to sell anything that has strong odors.
Sizing
Please read the description completely, and measure carefully as I do not accept any returns unless there has been gross misrepresentation on my part.
Remember that there is a wide variation in sizing from manufacturer to manufacturer. Also, vintage sizing is completely different from modern sizing. To ensure the best possible fit, measure a similar garment that fits you well and compare measurements.
This illustrations shows how to properly measure a top or jacket.
Waist measurement is done at the waistband of the skirt and then double that number. For a dress, measure at the natural waistline on the dress, or if there isn't one, measure 6-8 inches below the bust. Again, double that number.
